Thai Micro Crabs (Limnopilos naiyanetri), or “false spider crabs,” are tiny (0.5-inch), fully aquatic, and peaceful freshwater crustaceans native to Thailand. Ideal for nano aquariums, they are mostly herbivorous, feeding on algae and biofilms, and prefer densely planted environments with slow-moving water. They are social and thrive in groups, making them excellent tank mates for shrimp.
