Livestock & Return Policy- We Guarantee our livestock for 24 hrs. If your pet expires within the 24 hrs we would be happy to replace it with the same item, providing we have stock on that species. Return of the expired specimen along with a water sample form your aquarium is required for testing.
Our return Policy States -All sales are final but we will exchange defective items within 3 days of purchase with your valid receipt and in the original packaging/
